I came across your blog yesterday and started reading from the 1st post, all the way to the last.We have been straight adoption for 1-1/2 yrs now,we have done some foster/respite but our goal is adoption. We have been stuck in a holding pattern for a while so we are leaning towards legal risk placements, alot of things scare us about this but we know the need is their and maybe we will end up finding our adoption match in the midst.I would love advice.
Solomon is 8, Malachi is 6, Levi (adopted domestically from the foster care system), is 4, and Zephaniah (adopted domestically from the foster care system) is 2. We are also currently fostering a beautiful baby girl, Rosie (6 weeks), who came to us at 19 days old.
God has called our family to foster care adoption to complete our dreams of a large family. Through all the ups and downs we look to Him to plan our family and complete His plan for our home.
We play.
We laugh.
We homeschool.
We jump on the furniture.
