Going to Wisconsin...

From Solly: Well, here we are at the Seattle airport waiting to get onto our flight. Kai is very eloquently displaying, "how the airplanes go so, so high!".And here's my brother as the flight is coming to completion. 5 minutes after this pic was taken, the airplane began to land and my brother began screaming in terror. He thought we were going down for sure and despite the brightly lit "please secure your seat belt" sign, he bolted into Mommy's lap and clung tight. He finally did settle down once the plane was landed and had come to a complete stop, although he kept telling Mommy that he was ready to go home now. When he was told that that wouldn't be possible he said, "OK, Nana's house, then." Poor guy. He's doing better now, but is still a bit homesick.
Here's Gramps settling in and playing "the, uhh, newfangled-gadget-for-fake-golfing-thing." They should seriously be installing the Wii in nursing homes around the country. Mommy's thinking of drawing up a petition to pass it into law.

Here's Daddy with Nitro, Uncle Dono's Akita. He's a very beautiful boy! He loves to go on walks with us.

Well, I'd better go get ready for bed. Daddy said that there's going to be a big thunder and lightening storm tonight! We're going to settle in and enjoy it while Malachi is busy being unhappy about the noise...
