Finished product! This is the inside, decorated with their favorite "Supers". Most of their play has involved Super Heroes of late, so I thought we'd go for a "hero hideout". Nana grabbed us some carpet remnants from her house for us. I found Daddy's Superman shirt, copied the insignia onto the door and painted it. Add some Super Heroes from around the house and...Voila - The Fortress of Solitude. It turned out comfortable and homey. A place a guy can hang up his cape and mask for a while and enjoy some seclusion under the silverware drawer :)
